For John F Hunt, we carried out a Material Reclamation Audit, developed a Material Tracking Dashboard, and facilitated brokering for Hadley Property Group's GSK Brentford project at 980 Great West Road.

We delivered a Material Reclamation Audit for Related Argent at Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross, achieving 91% reuse of identified assets from a former hospitality venue. The project saved 8,441 tCO₂e of embodied carbon.

A Material Reclamation Audit (MRA) was conducted by Material Index at DUKES Hotel located in St James’ Mayfair, prior to its refurbishment. Instructed by the DML Group, MI made a saving of approximately 182 tonnes CO2e at this iconic 90 key hotel.

Material Index conducted a Material Reclamation Audit (MRA), and brokering services, of 1 Knightsbridge Green. Instructed by Blackburn & Co, over £8,000 was returned to client and an estimated Carbon saving of over 60 tCO2e.

The London Legacy Development Corporation engaged Material Index to provide environmental reporting, capture residual value, and minimise waste on their ‘Old Ford’ Wastewater Recycling Centre site in East London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Two Pancras Square is located within the Related Argent King’s Cross development. Material Index were appointed to conduct a pre-refurbishment audit over two floors to identify components suitable for resale and reuse using its digital platform.

Material Index provided an MRA identifying material quantities to be removed, the quantity and condition of materials, scheduled to enable maximum material retention, recovery and re-use on the British Land site at Brock Street.

Material Index has been engaged to support the circular economy ambitions around the reuse of materials for Workplace Futures Group. MI completed a Material Reclamation Audit which has been used by designers to identify what can be used in their new office.
