British Land requested an enhanced pre-demolition audit of a retail site in Surrey Quays. Material Index conducted a full site survey of the retail spaces through the Material Index platform. Archival information was reviewed to complete in-depth structural review.

Material Index worked with EDGE and Gardiner & Theobald to prepare a detailed Pre-Redevelopment Audit (PRDA) of 125 Shaftesbury Avenue to submit as part of a GLA Circular Economy Statement. The Pre-Redevelopment Audit evaluated the feasibility of retaining the whole or parts of the existing building while meeting development objectives in the context of broader social, economic, and environmental considerations. The project gained planning approval in 2025.

Material Index completed a PRDA which aided the successful planning application for the Bromley by Bow Industrial Park. The existing site comprises 14 individual building structures, estimated to date between the late 1970s and early 2010s.
