Audits.

On-site surveys and material cataloguing for every stage of your project — from pre-application through to in-use buildings.

PDA

Pre-Demolition Audits

Before you build or demolish

A pre-demolition audit is a detailed survey conducted prior to deconstruction, refurbishment or demolition. Carried out by independent third-party specialists, the audit reviews buildings, structures, hard surfaces and FF&E to produce a full catalogue of components and materials with key product information, embodied carbon data, and suitability for reclamation and reuse.

MRA

Material Reclamation Audits

Maximise recovery, minimise waste

An MRA maps materials scheduled for removal, assesses their condition, volume and reuse potential, and creates a plan to divert them from landfill. It reduces embodied carbon and recovers residual financial value from materials that would otherwise be wasted.

PRDA

Pre-Redevelopment Audits

Retention before demolition

Conducted early in the design process, a PRDA provides independently verified analysis of the potential to reuse or adapt existing assets before demolition is considered. It forms a key evidence base for circular economy strategies and planning applications.

ERI

Extended Resources Inventory

In-use building assessment

An Extended Resources Inventory is an audit conducted during the in-use phase of a building. It verifies the current financial value of building resources and provides guidance on maintaining that value during future deconstruction. The ERI covers resources belonging to the asset owner, excluding tenant-owned fittings and furnishings.

MP

Material Passports

Digital material identity

Every material catalogued on the MI platform receives a digital passport with provenance, condition, environmental data, and reuse suitability — giving buyers and specifiers the confidence to procure reclaimed.
