- We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of service.

Prohibited Conduct and System Misuse
Viruses and System Integrity
- We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
- You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or otherwise harmfully interacting with our site or any part of it.

This clause will not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) we are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.

Material Index is the data controller for personal data collected from Users during registration and use of the Marketplace, processing it in accordance with applicable laws. Collected data may include contact information, business details, payment information, transaction history, and communications between Users.
Material Index processes personal data to:
- Provide and maintain Marketplace services;
- Facilitate transactions;
- Verify User identities and business credentials;
- Process payments;
- Communicate with Users;
- Improve functionality and user experience;
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Users consent to sharing their business contact and transaction details with other Users to facilitate transactions and communication. Site Sellers and Trade Partners acting as Vendors are independent data controllers for their customers' personal data and must comply with applicable laws. Users must ensure any personal data they process via the Marketplace complies with data protection laws and is processed lawfully.
